  • the "Journées agricoles du Volvestre", an agricultural fair, will take place on 13 and 14 September in Montesquieu-Volvestre (farm animals, local produce, children’s games…).

This summer will, as usual, feature numerous festivals : "L’Île au théâtre" in Montesquieu-Volvestre (plays, 27–29 June), a storytelling festival in and around Rieux-Volvestre (24–26 July), the "Théâtrales de Rieux et du Volvestre" in Rieux-Volvestre (plays, 9–10 August), "Brève rencontre", the British film festival, in Montesquieu-Volvestre (open-air cinema, films in English with French subtitles, 22–24 August) and the ‘Sentier des Arts’ in Latrape (an artistic trail, 27–28 September).
