Carbonne – La balade aux abris<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

\ud83d\udca7 Explore this ancient fortified town, with modern and old heritage. Artists have left their mark on this city; sculptures by Andr\u00e9 Abbal and Pierre Lasbugues are scattered across the facades and in the gardens. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

With La balade des abris, you also discover the work of the visual artist and sculptor Laurent Cadilhac, who created 9 shelters combining history, art and sculpture, present throughout the route.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Finally, this path allows you to follow the Garonne and observe the “pile” of Pila, the remains of a Gallo-Roman bridge destroyed by the flooding of the Garonne in 1456.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
