From the Pyrenees mountain range at 50km by car, Bertrand Henry invites you to discover his organic vineyard in Lavelanet-de-Comminges. The Domaine de Cadeillac<\/a> is characterised by winemaking practices that reflect a strong identity.
Bertrand is committed to using environmentally friendly methods to grow his grapes and produce his wine.

With passion, Bertrand takes the time to talk to you about his estate and the efforts he makes to grow it. From working the land to the activities on offer, this Volvestre winegrower is fully committed to ensuring the long-term future of his estate.

Since taking over his grandfather’s vineyard, Bertrand focuses his work on the well-being of the vines. Throughout the seasons, the vineyard work is carried out by hand: suckering, debudding and training. He has deepened his knowledge of biodynamics by using animal traction to work the soil. His mare Flirt helps him to pursue his passion gently and with respect for nature.

The vineyard’s approach is based on caring for the vines and nature. In fact, the Doamine de Cadeillac has been certified organic since 2015. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n
