Autumn and spring are ideal for hiking, allowing you to enjoy the glowing colours or the explosion of flowers. Summer is perfect for water sports, although the Source Wake Park is open all year round. You can take the Toulouse-Pau train line, which serves the Longages-No\u00e9 and Carbonne stations in the Volvestre region. A bus network allows you to reach some of the surrounding villages. Similarly, the Garonne cycle route, also known as the Trans-Garona, takes you from Carbonne to Spain along a fully signposted route.
