Meet us on Saturday 3 October from 2pm to 4.30pm at Saint-Christaud.
Take a break from the hustle and bustle of the hills and valleys. Sophrologist Erwan will be offering you an outdoor relaxation and sophrology session. A Rando-Sophro-Nature break offers a variety of benefits: tension release, breathing exercises, gentle physical activity and discovery of the natural environment.
