With its rich colours and local talent, this market is very much in the spirit of the 31 Notes d’Été, celebrating local creativity and the joy of coming together for a convivial time.

From the town centre to the village hillsides, discover a remarkable panorama from the Moulin de Pesquiès, an iconic windmill of the local heritage.
Meeting point: François de Puybusque municipal park – 31410 Saint-Sulpice-sur-Lèze

Practical information: 6.2 km. Bring a hat/cap and a bottle of water
*4pm > guided tour of Saint-Sulpice’s heritage
A 13th-century bastide, listed as a Site of Outstanding Heritage, come and discover the town on a guided tour. As a bonus, 16th-century frescoes in the church await you from 4pm to 6pm, in the cool of the church.

*5 pm > explore the Moulin des Bures: where water drives craftsmanship
Step inside the Moulin des Bures and discover a place where water, mechanics and human skill come together. Throughout the tour, the mill’s workings and the various stages of processing are explained. A true journey into the heart of ancestral craftsmanship, still very much alive. A fascinating insight into the role of mills in local history and the local economy.

Accompanied by the farmer, discover how the Domaine d’Escons operates and take part in feeding the herd. A special occasion and an authentic, friendly and enriching experience, ideal for young and old alike.

Four musicians, 100% acoustic instruments: banjo, mandolin/violin, guitar, double bass and harmonised vocals, who play, sing and move around a single central microphone. A lively and energetic concert that transports you to the traditional culture of the Appalachian Mountains in the United States.

An electro-fusion duo combining percussion and the hurdy-gurdy
Sébastien Gisbert and Guilhem Desq, alchemists of sound and creative musicians, subvert the traditional codes of percussion and the electric hurdy-gurdy in this new project: STORM. Through the breadth of their musical expression, this duo invites us on a sonic journey of discovery. Through an ode to the body as instrument, to exploration and to the journey, the two artists deliver a musical itinerary imbued with urgency and poetry. STORM unleashes the power of the imagination and invites us on a journey that gives way to atmosphere, sounds and textures.
