The most magical night of the year!

The Night of the Beautiful Star is the Balcon des Étoiles’ annual event. This event, unique in France, will allow you to step into the shoes of an astronomer for one night, from sunset to sunrise.

Discovery, joy, a great atmosphere and a sense of wonder will, of course, be part of the experience. Come and dream with your eyes wide open for one summer’s night, and by taking part in our competition, you might just win some wonderful prizes: a trip up to the Pic du Midi, tickets to the Cité de l’Espace, a night in the ‘Au Clair de Lune’ cabin, evenings and dinners under the stars – what an astronomical selection of prizes!

Join us on 14 August and 23 August at the Balcon des étoiles in Latrape.

On the programme:
- Activities, stargazing, talks, walks and much more await you on this night
- Refreshments and hot and cold food available on site all night; picnics permitted
You can pitch a tent in our grounds for the night; motorhomes may park in the car park
