ATELIER : UN TEMPS POUR SOI
Need to recharge your batteries? Fancy taking a break to focus solely on looking after yourself? You’re very welcome to join my ‘Time for Yourself’ workshop!
This workshop is for you if you feel it’s time to:
- Let go of the daily grind of your stressful week to treat yourself to this special moment just for you,
- Look after yourself, recharge your batteries and revitalise yourself,
- Settle down and find your place in a nurturing and energising space,
- Connect with yourself, your body and your inner voice, deep within your heart.

- Connect with yourself, your body and your inner voice, deep within your heart.
Here, I invite you to reconnect with your body, your inner strength and your voice, so that you can feel, listen and express yourself through play within a circle of participants.
This workshop is divided into three parts:
- Do-in self-massage: Do-in is a self-massage technique of Japanese origin, which involves stimulating the body through pressure and friction, mainly along the energy meridians, in order to promote the flow of vital energy, known as Chi. Practising it brings significant benefits to both body and mind (reducing stress, aiding digestion, etc.).
- Relaxation and visualisation to reconnect with one’s centre.
- The voice circle: through play, each participant learns to take their rightful place in the circle to join their voice with the rest of the group and intuitively create vocal harmony.
Three themes are therefore explored: feeling – listening – expressing, to reconnect with one’s body, oneself and one’s voice within a supportive space at the heart of a circle of participants.
