The show:
It begins as a perfectly serious investigation. The period-style set and costumes plunge us straight into a world straight out of 1970s American crime films. Between their desks and the central flipchart – the ideal repository for their evidence and hypotheses – the two investigators develop their respective theories in a breathless back-and-forth.

Very quickly, we find ourselves laughing at their antics. We’re amused by the contrast between the gravity of the conspiracy and the danger it poses—which lends the characters a real sense of seriousness—and the absurd subject of their investigation. The plot unfolds to the rhythm of puns, rediscovered pop songs and utterly preposterous logic.

A biting show led by two actors-musicians-singers who make it a point of honour to provide the audience not only with a precise script that fits within a coherent plot, but also with a demanding musical performance, showcasing true vocal and instrumental mastery.
